Returns

We understand that a product will not always meet our valued customer\'s expectations and we want our customers to shop with total confidence knowing that if our products don\'t meet their expectations, we will try to make it right. One of the ways that we can try to make it right is by offering a 30 day return guarantee on all of our products (except if otherwise noted in the product page) in which we will provide provide a refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If there is a quality issue with our products (such as design or material flaw) or damage during shipping, we will provide a full refund including any taxes collected and original shipping costs (if applicable) associated with the flawed or damaged product once the product has been returned to us. If the damage occurred from shipping, it must be reported within 72 hours so that we can open a claim with the carrier. If however, you wish to return an item(s) that does not have quality issues as described previously and there is no damage caused by shipping, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs. If the item shipped under a free or discounted shipping promotion, a refund minus the actual shipping costs will be issued. To obtain a refund, you must first contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide the following information:

1. The order number
2. Your name
3. The item(s) that you wish to return
4. A brief description describing why you wish to return your items

Once we have received and verified the information and verified that the order qualifies for a return, we will reply with the information that you will need to return the item(s).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on a case by case basis determined by us. In the event we are unable to provide an exchange, you can still take advantage of our return policy and return the item(s) for a refund and simply order another item(s). To find out if we can accommodate you with an exchange, please contact us and provide the following information:

1. The order number
2. Your name
3. The item(s) that you wish to exchange (both the original purchased item(s) and the item(s) that you would like to exchange it for)

If we are able to accommodate the exchange request, we will provide you the information that you will need to complete the exchange. Please note that you may be responsible for shipping charges.
