Shipments and processing

Processing

We know that your order is important to you so it is important to us. We try to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. However,  orders may take longer to process when we encounter high volume orders or other events that may cause processing delays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times will vary based on your location. Typically, orders will take between 2 to 5 days to ship within the lower 48 states after the order has been picked up by the carrier. Shipping to Canada may take between 3 and 20 days.

Carriers and shipping location

Currently we only ship within the lower 48 states of the U.S. and to Canada. We hope to expand where we ship within the world soon. The carriers that we use for shipping are USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS.

Shipping Specials

From time to time we have shipping specials which include special savings on shipping and free shipping. During these special events your shipping costs are limited to the advertised cost (plus taxes if applicable) and conditions. If you decide to return the merchandise for reasons other than defects or damage, you will be charged the original cost of shipping which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Shipping errors and damage

We never want it to happen. But, from time to time there will be a shipping error or damage to a shipment. When it does happen we want to help make it right. In most cases shipments will include tracking numbers to help locate and track shipments and insurance for when something goes wrong or a package cannot be located. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us using the Contact Us form and let us know your order #, date and circumstances. We will work hard to make it right.
